Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by iProfile, a digital services company based in Kanana, Hammanskraal, South Africa. By submitting an order, subscribing to a service, or engaging with iProfile in any form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Services
iProfile provides professional digital services including but not limited to website design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, digital marketing, branding, and related consulting services. The scope of each service will be agreed upon prior to commencement.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the successful delivery of services. iProfile shall not be held liable for delays or deficiencies caused by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the client.
3. Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the project, client responsiveness, and changes in scope. Any revisions or additional requirements requested after project initiation may result in revised timelines.
4. Payments and Fees
All pricing will be communicated clearly before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are required as per the agreed payment structure. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Revisions and Changes
Reasonable revisions are included as specified in the selected service package. Excessive revisions or requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables produced specifically for them. iProfile retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Confidentiality
iProfile agrees to treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
iProfile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
9. Third-Party Services
iProfile may integrate or rely on third-party tools, platforms, or services. iProfile is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of such third parties.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
11. No Guarantees
While iProfile strives to deliver high-quality results, no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic levels, or revenue increases.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
13. Amendments
iProfile reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Acceptance
By submitting a service request, signing up for a package, or making payment, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
